MXT XPLR Cartridge System.
The new MXT XPLR Cartridge System (XPLR) is the result of innovative engineering and a commitment to bring riders the best value in the suspension market. Major enhancements include:
The stock WP XPLOR fork is a low cost design that results in very soft suspension. In fact, riders who are more aggressive and attempt to push the stock forks at a higher than trail tour pace – find the forks too soft, unpredictable and easy to bottom. Due to the low cost design it is very challenging to achieve a set-up that is firm enough for race pace, or even aggressive trail riding and yet soft enough to be comfortable. For this reason, we set out to develop a fork kit that would solve the issues by adding dual compression and rebound cartridges. These dual cartridges distribute valving equally between both forks. Each side also has leaf spring midvalves that optimized pressure balance, and provides a broad performance profile for riders who expect a plush ride while maintaining excellent traction and control.
Traditional stock bottoming control system are limited in that they can't manage multiple speeds or accelerations inside the travel. Stock systems can be adjusted to provide good control for either low or high speed bottoming, but doing so limits the ability to absorb the other. The MXT Huck Valve manages the limitations of typical bottoming control systems. The Huck Valve includes speed sensitive bottoming control, by incorporating a pressure sensitive valving mechanism. This allows for both high entry speeds and low entry speeds effectively. MXT Huck Valve equipped forks allows the set-up to be plusher while not sacrificing the overall control of the fork.
Bottom line, if you are looking for stronger suspension and better performance in the trails, this upgrade is worth the investment.

I ordered the Lucky cartridges for my Xplor forks on a 2021 TE 150i. The cartridges shipped within 2 days and Jeremy called me personally to customize the valving and springs before sending them out. He explained the options very clearly and we arrived on a setting, then knowing I was in a hurry, he shipped them out that same day.
The installation was easy, I have some suspension experience but any reasonably handy person would have no trouble.
My first ride was a gnarly, rocky, trail with sharp edges. The forks tracked extremely well but there was a lot of feedback on high speed sharp edges. So, I backed out the compression clickers 6 clicks and found magic! They provided some feedback but were plush while tracking the ground like a magnet and resisted bottoming well. Exactly what I asked Jeremy to set them up for.
The next day we rode a high speed desert loop with big hits and occasional rocky sections. The forks were amazing. They handled the diverse conditions with comfort and confidence. I found that I could charge much harder through things that would have previously caused me to hesitate.
I'm very happy I chose to go with the Lucky cartridges over a kyb conversion. It's a similar price, excellent performance, and now I can put these cartridges on my next bike!

Recently upgraded to the Lucky Cartridge for Xplor forks. Very nice! Tunable. You definitely notice a difference when you adjust the clickers 2-3 positions. Very plush yet good bottoming resistance.

Used to like my 2018 KTM 300 XC W. Now I love it. Forks are now buttery smooth in the New England rock gardens. Factory Expr forks were harsh at speed. New Lucky cartridges provide great feel at all speeds. Cannot comment on track use as I ride woods only. Easy installation with basic fork knowledge (if you can change springs you can install lucky's). I would do it again but I won't need to because these will transfer to my next KTM.
