A tour of our facility
... where we prepare your suspension with the greatest care!

Jeremy Wilkey and his current staff handle all the calls and make sure that every e-mail is handled as quickly as possible so customers can make the most informed decisions about their suspension options.

\"suspensionsUpon arrival to the shop all suspension is unpacked and checked in, all baseline settings are logged and placed in queue.

When its turn is up the suspension is taken to the work area where it is cleaned in our Blackstone-Ney 3500 Ultrasonic cleaning unit before it is dissembled. The Ultra sonic cleaner is a space age tool that cleans the suspension components at a microscopic level. The machine uses millions of pulses of energy to clean all exposed surfaces. The solution is aqueous based detergent that makes parts look new, and removes, oil, dirt, grease, and stains. The suspension is removed in 5 minutes and ready for disassembly and inspection or off to the dyno for pre-work testing. (Photo of the machine, before and after)

(Shop area, suspension.) All internal parts are cleaned in our System 1 recycling solvent tank. The System One is the final step in the cleaning process to insure that the suspension is lab clean and ready to be tested for wear and general condition. Worn parts are replaced and any valving changes are preformed. (Picture of the dissembled components) (Picture of valving) All factors that impact suspension set-up and performance are examined and comprehensive system wide modification process is undertaken to insure that the rider receives the best set-up possible. MX-TECH continually works with our colleagues around the world developing and improving our methods and technology.

MX-TECH uses both hydraulic circulation pumps and now a state of the art vacuum bleeder that quickly bleeds shocks with nearly 100% repeatability.  (Picture of circulation pump, Vacuum pump) Finally revalving and custom project shocks are back to the Dyno often tested to document changes, and tune the clickers. (Dyno)

The suspension is placed in sealed bags and placed back in the MX-TECH shipping carton and returned to the Customer via UPS. We include a complete set-up instructions and baseline clicker changes along with a tuning guide. At MX-TECH we invest heavily in our shop and equipment so you have the best working suspension, great customer support and of course “Confidence Guaranteed”  TM.
