What sets you guys apart from other suspension companies, and the most important question, are you going to throw in any free stuff, like shirts?
As for what separates us, it’s fairly simple we are a world wide company in terms technology, media recognition, and documented success, while we enjoy the recognition we are still quite small. We can give our customers our full attention. Think about this, I started this company over 15 years ago, yet I’m talking to you. E-mail Pro-Circuit and see if you can trade mail with Mitch. Part of this comes down to this fact, I’ve made my business simple by only doing work for my paying customers, rather than gifted, but fiscally wanting young pros’. We market to vets and their kids as they ask about what they get for the money other than a sticker that looks similar to one a SX start line.
I’m a serious competitor and looking for a suspension sponsor. Does MX-Tech offer sponsorships?
Like you, we aim to improve ourselves and move forward on our goals of being the best in our field. As you know this takes a lot of hard work and commitment on a daily basis. Like everything else worth having, this comes at a great expense to us, and our families. We have found that giving away our hard earned experience and knowledge to pro riders, or any of our potential customers, does not earn a return on our investment. Not to mention it takes our attention from our paying customers who do allow us to accomplish our goals by compensating us for our hard work, experience and knowledge. For this reason, we do not offer sponsorships.
What do I do if I have a problem with my suspension after its been worked on by MX-TECH?
At first we will try to understand more about what is wrong so we might be more able to help you. We may give you some alternative settings to try. Depending on the results of these changes we may ask that you return your suspension to us where it will be a top priority. We will make adjustments at no charge and return your components to you. If you are still having significant issues, we offer the following solution:
We will ask that you return your components to us, and we will remove our products and return your components to the stock configuration. We will credit your revalving parts back to you. Things like shipping, maintenance costs (we do a full rebuild at the tine of service), and wear items will not be refunded. We ask that you inform us promptly if you have a problem. While we make state no specific time period, if we see your components have significant time on them, all offers are void.
MX-TECH Just rebuit my forks and now they are leaking after only the third ride. Will you fix them at no charge?
That is a tough one. I say we take a wait and see approach. We will cover any defects in materials, it happens rarely, or errors in workmanship at no charge to you, with a speedy return. If we find mud in the seals or a ding in the tube we will work with you for the sake of maintaining a good relationship but it won't be entirely on the house. After all did we put the mud and water in your fork?
I keep calling and asking to speak with Jeremy, but I can’t get through to him.
Have you tried speaking with someone else? As a culture, MX-TECH has strived to be technically able at all levels. We will do our best to assist you always. Jeremy spends nearly all day on the phone, and enjoys talking with his customers. If you can leave a name and number, he will get back to you as soon as he can. I spent some time looking around the bike spring generator and I think I've got it, I called Richard and he made some slightly diferent recomendations, what should I do?
Trust me go with our recomendations! We wrote the code for the generators and while its usualy on the mark the human brain is smarter than the code written for this site!
