I'm an older rider who rides techinical single track in Northern Arizona. I set my shim stacks up for enduro type riding. The forks work amazingly well. The only thing I had to change was the compression and rebound settings. Instead of reccomendated 12 clicks on each, I went to 10 clicks on each with good results.

Installation is simple as long as you're semi-familiar with suspension valving. I used the MX-plush recommended setting for my TX300 hare scramble bike assuming my larger than average bust would need a little extra dampening. This setup is way more consistent then the stock setup and more compliant then my Factory Connection valving. The forks are a dream on western Washington roots and rocks yet hold up in deep sand whoops. I might try a little stiffer face shim to help with the MX track but so far I am very pleased with the performance gains.
